HATHA YOGAHatha Yoga ~ In-Studio Combining Asana (poses), Savasana (relaxation), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation, this class is designed with the experienced student in mind. The focus will be on proper alignment to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the body and mind. The class will be geared to students who practice at different levels as well as anyone who has completed the Introduction to Yoga Series. |

PILATES MATPilates Mat This class is designed to encourage a deep mind and body connection, breathe awareness, and postural alignment. The class will encourage correct body alignment through improved form and inner focus. You will experience awareness to your movement which will result in improved posture, balance, and strength. All level participants, from having never taken Pilates to already-skilled students, are welcome!
