ZOOM CLASS: MINDFUL STRETCH

Zoom Class:  Mindful Stretch with Lisa Sabato 

Fridays, 10:00a - 11:00a 

Each class will focus on a gentle, reportative stretch to fully lenggthen the entire body.  Participants will be guided through and hour-long session and modifications will be given to accommodate the needs of all students.  Stretching elongates as well as strenggthens the body and enhances performance in all other workouts.  It also helps to improve posutre and can reduce stress. 

A mat, yoga blocks, strap or resistance band, and foam roller are encouraged for the class.  Equipment may be borrowed from the Studio.
