ABOVE THE BARREAbove the Barre with Christy Rak Thursdays, 10:15a - 11:15a The class is designed as a fun, full-body workout set to upbeat music. In a one-hour class we will combine the Balanced Body Barre technique, Pilates, strength, and stretch, resulting in an inspiring and energizing experience. ZOOM CLASS: MINDFUL STRETCHZoom Class: Mindful Stretch with Lisa Sabato Fridays, 10:00a - 11:00a Each class will focus on a gentle, reportative stretch to fully lenggthen the entire body. Participants will be guided through and hour-long session and modifications will be given to accommodate the needs of all students. Stretching elongates as well as strenggthens the body and enhances performance in all other workouts. It also helps to improve posutre and can reduce stress. A mat, yoga blocks, strap or resistance band, and foam roller are encouraged for the class. Equipment may be borrowed from the Studio.
