Mind Body

  • In-Studio

    Combining Asana (poses), Savasana (relaxation), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation, this class is designed with the experienced student in mind. The focus will be on proper alignment to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the body and mind. The class will be geared to students who practice at different levels as well as anyone who has completed the Introduction to Yoga Series.

  • Via ZOOM

    Each class will focus on a gentle, restorative stretch to fully lengthen the entire body. Participants will be guided through an hour-long session and modifications will be given to accommodate the needs of all students. Stretching elongates as well as strengthens the body and enhances performance in all other workouts. It also helps to improve posture and can reduce stress.

  • Pilates Mat (60 min)

    A mindful, strength-based practice designed to help you reconnect with your core - your center.

    Through controlled, intentional movement, we build stability, improve posture, and deepen body awareness while tapping into your body’s innate intelligence.

    This class invites you to move with precision and breath, supporting you in feeling stronger, more capable, and more at home in your body.

    This class focuses on deep mind/body connection, breathe, and postural alignment.  You will connect to your body and recognize both strengths and imbalances.  The class will encourage correct body alignment through improved form and inner focus. 

  • Yin Yoga (60 min)

    A slow, meditative practice designed to help you reconnect with your breath and return to stillness.

    Through long-held, passive postures, we gently work into the body’s connective tissues to support joint health, mobility, and balance.

    Guided by the principles of finding your edge, softening the muscles, and remaining still, this class invites you inward - cultivating awareness, patience, and a grounded presence.

    Suitable for all levels.

S Factor

  • S Factor introductory classes offer a welcoming, beginner-friendly introduction to feminine movement, combining intuitive pole dancing, stretching, and emotional embodiment. Designed for all body types and fitness levels, these sessions focus on sensuous and soulful movement to increase confidence, energy, and body connection.

    The class will include the S Factor signature warm-up, followed by beginner-friendly pole play, and concludes with a guided routine. Join us for an embodied experience and introduction to the S Factor philosophy and basic movement flow.

  • S Factor is a sensual feminine movement practice that is designed to teach students the language of their bodies through dance, exploration, and play.  This movement practice is intended to be sexy, soulful, playful, and flirtatious—and this is a wide spectrum for each individual.

    • Each class is two-hours.

    • Each level is a series of two 8-week journeys

    Each Level is specifically curated to encourage your exploration into the feminine genius of your body.  A personal movement practice and emotional journey that is truly unique and limitless. 

    Each class begins with the signature S Factor Workout, includes pole instruction, and the opportunity to dance.  The Foundational Level Series will teach the S Factor Routine.  As you move further through the Intermediate and Advanced levels there will be an invitation to dance freely.

  • A 60-Minute experience designed to ignite your senses!  The class begins with the S Factor signature warm-up followed by playful pole time and concludes with an immersive moving mediation.  This class is for EVERYONE and will be facilitated as a mixed-level class. 


    FLUID FEMININE MOVEMENT

    Fluid Feminine Movement, called FFM for short, is a sensually focused workout class that allows a woman to move into the integrity of her female body shape.

    Fluid Feminine Movement focuses only on the S Workout, which includes many of the Core Movements from our Original Series classes.  This class allows any woman to enjoy a feminine workout practice that teaches her to move into and take pleasure in her natural, fluid, sensual body while gaining stamina, flexibility and strength.  FFM was created for women who desire to learn about their natural feminine body movement but do not wish to learn pole tricks, strip technique, or delve into the Erotic Creature concept.  This class provides a safe...
