Gentle Flow Yoga is a class that aims to promote healing in the body, mind, and spirit, through breath linked with movement (vinyasa). This class is accessible to all levels of physical ability, moves through floor and standing poses, and can even be done seated in a chair! This class will begin with breathing exercises (pranayama) to promote relaxation and breath control, as well as setting a focus/intention for the class. We will wind down by holding poses longer, ultimately coming to a state of relaxation or rest, followed by a short, guided meditation.
Combining Asana (poses), Savasana (relaxation), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation, this class is designed for all levels of practice. The focus will be on proper alignment to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the body and mind.
This mixed level class will teach and connect you to the mind/body concept of Pilates through demonstration and verbal coaching. Intermediate and advanced exercises may be taught. We will work toward skillfully and efficiently completing a Pilates Mat class "in flow”. Modifications and enhancements will be used so that all levels of fitness are able to participate.

Holistic Yoga is a class which aims to promote healing in the body, mind and spirit of each student in an environment which is accessible to all levels of physical ability. Through gentle vinyasa (breath linked with movement), this class will open and ease tension as well as increase strength and flexibility. As our bodies become more relaxed, deeper mental and spiritual practices such as pranayama (energy control using the breath), mantra (affirmations) and meditation are introduced. Holistic Yoga inspires individuals to become the best version of themselves.
Some of the most effective exercises are the simplest; exercises that build on the basics. This is a full-body conditioning class using a classic exercise progression to increase flexibility and balance. This class will be taught to meet all levels of fitness.
