We are privileged to have the lovely and gifted Arielle Wortzel back to the studio. We invite you to journey through a six-week program exploring the practice of Yoga and Mindfulness.
This six-week series is designed to teach a comprehensive practice utilizing Yoga and Mindfulness. You will
de-stress, discover a sense of balance, as well as restore the body, mind, and spirit.
In class you will explore the tools and practices to encourage a more healthful and balanced life. As your knowledge grows, your practice deepens.
Each week will be an opportunity to dive deep into a sense of inner well-being by way of movement, breath, and meditation within a safe and supportive community.
All levels are welcome; no prior experience in meditation or yoga required
