Vinyasa Flow Yoga connects your natural breath pattern with popular yoga asanas (poses) to create balance in mind, body, breathe, and spirit. Each class will begin with a focus and breathing exercise. After a brief warm up, postures (such as down dog, warrior I and II, crescent lunges, balances, and more) will be introduced so that you can flow successfully from one to another, building up speed as the class progresses. Maintaining proper alignment, you will use your muscles and breathe to create flexibility, strength, balance, rhythm, and overall wellness. The class will close with a complete relaxation of mind, body, and spirit; allowing yourself to go forth with peace, confidence, and power.
