Bring on the New Year with Yoga Nidra!  Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice which emphasizes the creation of a "sankalpa" or intention.  Class will begin with some gentle stretching to relieve tension and the majority of the class will be spent lying flat on our backs in savasana.  Once here, the instructor will verbally bring the students through different mental and breathing exercises clinically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. As we move deeper into the conscious relaxed state, we plant our intention deep into our subconscious and unconscious minds.  Like a seed planted awaiting germination, our intention begins to take root in our mind and over time to manifest in our lives.
