This class is recommended for anyone who has had a minimum of six Pilates classes within the past one year. You must have a comfortable skill and knowledge of Mat work and the ability to perform the exercises while being coached; without the aid of a teacher demonstration. The Mixed Level class will continue to teach and connect you to the mind/body concept of Pilates using both a demonstrative and moderately-paced execution of the protocol. Intermediate and some advanced exercises will be taught. The end goal is to be able to skillfully and efficiently perform Intermediate exercises "in flow".

Regardless of your fitness level, if you are interested in learning Pilates in a traditional and authentic format, this class uses an approach which will give the student an opportunity to learn the exercises which are encompassed in the Pilates Mat protocol as well the necessary information needed to create and nurture a mind/body connection. The class is taught at a moderate pace giving you an opportunity to use visual images to engage your mind and your body. The focus is on quality not quantity.

As Summer approaches we tend to become more active.  Warmer days can also mean spending more time in shorts, skirts, and sandals.  In this yoga practice we will concentrate on yoga postures that stretch and strengthen our feet and legs.  This class will leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and grounded.  Let’s thank our legs and feet for all they do for us and get them ready for the Summer!
