VERY SPECIAL EXPERIENCE

INTRO TO SLOW FLOW 
A Gentle and Meaningful Experience 

This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures to build internal heat gradually.  Pranayama  (breath work) will be taught to help link movement to breath, and promote feelings of steadiness and ease as you move through the postures. Class will end with a short meditation for relaxation and peace.

Holistic Yoga is a class which aims to promote healing in the body, mind and spirit of each student in an environment which is accessible to all levels of physical ability.  Through gentle vinyasa (breath linked with movement), this class will open and ease tension and increase strength and flexibility.  As our bodies become more relaxed, deeper mental and spiritual practices such as pranayama(energy control using the breath), mantra(affirmations) and meditation are introduced.  Holistic Yoga inspires individuals to become the best version of themselves.

Combining Asana (poses), Savasana (relaxation), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation, this class is designed with the experienced student in mind. The focus will be on proper alignment to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the body and mind. The class will be geared to students who practice at different levels.

Zumba is a non-verbal experience and taught through movement and hand cues.  It is easy to follow Stephen through a series of moves which repeat and build throughout the hour.  The result is a cardio experience like no other; a workout or a dance party – you decide.

Pilates Mat - Mixed Level is a class designed to teach the classical repetoire created by Joe Pilates.  Combined with an approach that lends to a deep mind and body connection this Pilates class is for all levels.  We use both a demonstrative and moderately-paced execution of the protocol which enhances the ability for all levels to enjoy a results-oriented experience.

HIIT is a system of organizing cardiorespiratory training intermingling short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals with periods of low intensity of active recovery.  Hilary will utilize the hour to incorporate a warm-up, skill work, a HIIT session, and stretch.  The class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.  Be prepared to learn, exercise, and challenge yourself in a new, and invigorating class.
