HIIT is a system of organizing cardiorespiratory training intermingling short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals with periods of low intensity of active recovery. Hilary will utilize the hour to incorporate a warm-up, skill work, a HIIT session, and stretch. The class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Be prepared to learn, exercise, and challenge yourself in a new, and invigorating class.
Advance registration required. Class size is limited to ensure maximum personal attention.
