Lisa Sabato is a seasoned fitness professional with over 35 years in the industry. Throughout her long career she has worked as a personal trainer and taught group exercise as well as Pilates. She is currently a National Trainer and Coach with the Bar Method and has been a certified Bar Method teacher for 13 years. Her dedication to both physical and mental fitness led her to explore the benefits that Thai Yoga Bodywork affords. This ancient healing modality combines assisted stretching with the calming effects of meditation and yoga. It is the perfect complement to Lisa's teaching. Lisa has an intense devotion toward health and healing; she considers it a gift to share her passion with others. Lisa defines herself a teacher and loves to see her students learn and grow.
