Join Hilary for a class combining several components: stretching, skill work, and then an introduction to High Intensity Interval Training; specifically, the Tabata Workout. This type of training is designed to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.
As always we will modify this workout for any level participant. The goal is to introduce advanced and efficient methods for cardiovascular training to improve cardio-respiratory health.
