Samantha discovered her love for Pilates while at college pursuing her degree in Nutrition and Food Science. With a passion for living a fully healthy life style she found Pilates to be the perfect addition to her regimen. Strengthening her mind/body connection resulted in making her hobbies of cycling and running more powerful and easier. Samantha became devoted to her Pilates practice and longed to share her passion. After teaching Mat for two years, she expanded her training through Balanced Body to the Reformer and Apparatus.
Sam is Comprehensively Certified through Balanced Body and continues to share her love of Pilates and the benefits it has on the core as well as mind/body awareness.
