Pilates Mat 

This class is designed to encourage a deep mind and body connection, breathe awareness, and postural alignment.  The class will encourage correct body alignment through improved form and inner focus.  You will experience awareness to your movement which will result in improved posture, balance, and strength.  All level participants, from having never taken Pilates to already-skilled students, are welcome!
