Hatha Yoga with Sharon Einiger 

Mondays, 9:30a-10:45a 

Combining Asana (poses), Savasana (relaxation), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation.  The focus will be on proper alignment to bring balance, strength, and calm to the body and mind.  The class will be geared to students with varied levels of practice.
