 Each class will focus on a gentle\, 
 restorative stretch to fully lengthen the entire body. Participants will b
 e guided through an hour-long session and modifications will be given to a
 ccommodate the needs of all students. Stretching elongates as well as stre
 ngthens the body and enhances performance in all other workouts. It also h
 elps to improve posture and can reduce stress.
