 Each class will focus on a gentle\, repor
 tative stretch to fully lenggthen the entire body. &nbsp\;Participants wil
 l be guided through and hour-long session and modifications will be given 
 to accommodate the needs of all students. &nbsp\;Stretching elongates as w
 ell as strenggthens the body and enhances performance in all other workout
 s. &nbsp\;It also helps to improve posutre and can reduce stress.&nbsp\;

  A mat\, yoga blocks\, strap or resistance band\, and foam roller are enco
 uraged for the class. &nbsp\;Equipment may be borrowed from the Studio.&nb
 sp\;
