 Each class will focus on a gentle
 \, restorative stretch to fully lengthen the entire body. Participants wil
 l be guided through an hour-long session and modifications will be given t
 o accommodate the needs of all students. Stretching elongates as well as s
 trengthens the body and enhances performance in all other workouts. It als
 o helps to improve posture and can reduce stress.
