 Via ZOOM
 Each class will focus on a gentle\
 , restorative stretch to fully lengthen the entire body. Participants will
  be guided through an hour-long session and modifications will be given to
  accommodate the needs of all students. Stretching elongates as well as st
 rengthens the body and enhances performance in all other workouts. It also
  helps to improve posture and can reduce stress.
 A&nbsp\;mat\, yoga bloc
 ks\, strap or stretchy band\, and foam roller are encouraged for the class
 .&nbsp\;Equipment will be loaned from the Studio at no charge.
